Autumn at Loseley Park
The summer and our open season may be over but there is still lots happening at Loseley Park. Burney, our Head Gardener, and his team are busy putting the garden to bed for the winter but there is still plenty to enjoy for those of us lucky enough to see the gardens at this time of year. Particularly beautiful are the russet colours of the hydrangea heads in the White Garden and the striking structure of the euphorbias still providing a bright splash of green.
As the last public event of the year, we are looking forward to the Rural Crafts Association “Crafts for Christmas” fair from Thursday 19th to Sunday 22nd November. This is a great opportunity to find unique and unusual presents and to work your way enjoyably through your Christmas list. Alternatively, our new Loseley Park gift vouchers for Gardens or House and Gardens entry with a choice of delicious afternoon teas by Caper & Berry make perfect gifts. For more information click here.
Not usually open to the public through the winter but with the festive season just around the corner we are looking forward to opening the house for two special days of festivities. Groups can enjoy a guided tour of the ground floor of the house and Christmas lunch in our 17th century Tithe Barn which will be decorated in traditional festive style. So if you are looking for an unusual and atmospheric venue for your Group’s Christmas celebration then Loseley Park is just the place. Pre-booking is essential so please contact groups@loseleypark.co.uk.
