£55.00 per person Fridays and Saturdays minimum numbers 70

Includes festive table and room decorations, Disco from 8pm until 12am, uplighters and VAT at 17.5%

Salad of Salmon Gravadlax, Caviar and Crème Fraiche Dressing

Twice baked Roquefort Soufflé served with Poached Pear

Terrine of Duck Confit and Duck Liver wrapped in Parma Ham served with

an Apple and Walnut Chutney

Venison Sausage in a rich Onion Gravy

Breast of free-range Chicken, Wild Mushroom and Lentil Casserole,

Salmon and Dill Mousse baked in Puff Pastry, Saffron Cream Sauce

Roast Loin of Pork, Baked Apple with Sage and Onion Stuffing, Red Wine Jus

Ale Braised Steak with Onions and Portobello Mushrooms

Traditional Roasted Turkey served with Sage and Onion Stuffing, Cumberland Chipolata Sausage and Bacon Roll with Cranberry Sauce

 

 

All main courses are served with either a panache of steamed vegetables or medley of

roasted seasonal vegetables, creamed mashed potato or herb roasted new potatoes
